    Keeping the public informed and passing on their comments for action is a vital part of what we do.

    Our customer service people deal with the public directly on our train platforms, or over the phone at call centres. Both types of role demand confidence and very strong people skills.

    On such a busy, extensive travel network, a wide range of unforeseen situations occur and it’s crucial we deal with these safely, calmly, clearly and efficiently. We’re always on the lookout for people with the ability to do this, and we value them enormously.
